Deloitte & Touche Fast 50: San Diego

This is a link from Deloitte & Touche, second largest accounting firm, about the fasting growing companies in 2005. I'm posting this so that you are aware of local companies that are making it big. A lot of the companies are biotech and the rest are technology related. It is a good reference that you could use for the future job searches and can help you network with people.

Founders of YouTube

Here is a interview I came across from Paul Kedrosky's blog about YouTube and how it started. It's always interesting to listen about the myth of how entrepreneurs start their company out of their garage.

Interview with Guy Kawasaki

Here is a recent interview with Guy Kawasaki, who was one of the founders of Macintosh and is now the founding Director at Garage Technology Ventures. He was also a past keynote speaker for the E-Conference. If you want to hear him speak, you can go to Stanford Technology Ventures Program, where they have recently added embedded video. You can hear other great entrepreneurial speakers also on their website. They also have podcasts that you can listen to, which is really nice. Enjoy.
